So here's a killer core challenge for you!

First master the moves without a weight then grab something to add resistance. I used a 6kg kettlebell.

1. Toe touch
2. Hero sit-up
3. Bicycle twist
4. Side plank row & knee tuck
5. Boat 'A' lift

20 reps each for 2 to 3 rounds, 15 seconds rest between exercises, 1 min rest between rounds.

You'll need to put some grrr into it, but you know how good that burn is gonna feel!

Well who knew posting a video showing a bit of cellulite would blow up my Instagram?!

The response to my last post over on IG was insane! (It's the post below this on FB too.)

I just want to clarify my main point, which was ALMOST ALL WOMEN HAVE CELLULITE ON THEIR BODIES.

Fitness trainers, elite athletes, fashion models and everyone else included.

I think a lot of the misunderstanding comes from people not properly understanding what cellulite is.

The term cellulite was created by cosmetics manufacturers wanting to sell you cream promising to get rid of it.

But the truth is that so-called cellulite is just normal body fat.

It looks bumpy and only shows in certain areas because our skin is thinner in places like the bum and thighs so the bumpiness of fat shows through. This is also why women are more prone to it than men, because men tend to have thicker skin.

Since all healthy women have some body fat, we all have cellulite.

It doesn't mean you're not fit or healthy or even that you have excess body fat (although having more fat can increase it of course). It just means you're normal!!!

This photo was taken just after the video I posted yesterday was shot. My cellulite isn't visible simply because a lot of the time it doesn't show. If you look at other videos I've posted you can't see it in most of those either.

So just be aware when you're looking at someone's Instagram who might be perceived as having a "perfect", cellulite-free body that just because you can't see it, doesn't mean they dont have it.In fact chances are they do!

I have so much more to say on this and clearly lot of you do too, so I'll carry on the conversation in my next few posts.

For now, I have a question for you, what do you think of the way "cellulite creams" are marketed?

Could this be part of tbe problem? Are they really trying to help us? Or do they deliberately make us feel bad about our (normal) bodies? .

You can be honest. I think it's time we had a frank and open discussion about this...

My husband recorded this video out in Lanzarote last week.

When I saw it my first reaction was "well I can't use that, look at the cellulite on my thighs!"

Please don't misunderstand, I wasn't hating on my body. I just know there are people who are turned off trainers if they see cellulite on their bodies.

Personally, I see it as normal, but my professional head said 'don't share this'.

And yet here is.

This probably a terrible business decision.

But, I don't want be part of a damaging lie that denies the fact that ALMOST EVERY WOMAN HAS SO-CALLED CELLULITE on her body.

It's just normal body fat showing through in places where skin is thinner.

Anyway, what do you think - was I wise or dumb to post this?

I want to make a confession.

When I came back to a chilly grey London from Lanzarote at the weekend I slipped into some doubts about my new Unity programme.

Would people embrace the idea of mindfulness being integrated into a fitness and healthy eating programme?

Were the workout videos good enough?

Would the printable manual and journal sheets get done in time?

I was starting to get pretty stressed back there - which then made me have doubts about helping other people learn to control and calm their thoughts...

But I clung to my meditation practice and workouts like a rock and - as they have so many times before - they got me through the storm.

The Unity group is beginning to assemble now and the squad are really excited about the mindfulness work and totally get how it integrates with exercise and eating habits.

For my exercise this week I've been working out along with the Unity videos. I can't think why I ever doubted them - these sessions are brill! :-D

And the manual is almost complete and looks amazing!

...I still have loads to do, but I'm feeling ace about Unity now. :-D

It's my birthday today!

Back in Britain with lots to look forward to, not least because so many people are taking on the challenge of completing my Unity questionnaire.

The questions force you to look pretty deeply at your life, goals and motivations.

A lot of people won't have the courage to go there, but more than 50 people have already. I'm so inspired by their answers.

It's going to be an amazing group, that's for sure!

I'm loving my first visit to Lanzarote - she's a beaut!

Running along the beach here in the morning is just glorious.

Someone once said to me that they thought it was sad that I exercise on holiday.

This made me really feel for them. I remember well how it felt to view moving my body is an arduous chore and not the sort thing I'd associate with having a fun, relaxing time.

It's not a good place to be.

All that has changed for me. Now exercising on holiday really enhances my experience.

I enjoy it, it energises me, helps me chill and somehow gives me a heightened awareness of my new surroundings.

Only one more workout left till I go home now.

But that's OK, my new Unity programme starts in a couple of weeks and I'm super-excited to help other people get into the mindset that's helping me have an amazing time - all ready for their own holidays!

Workout for When You Don't Feel Like Working Out

After even just a few days off, it can be hard to get motivated to exercise again.

And in the first workout back, it's normal to feel sluggish and weak.

Don't worry, this doesn't mean you've lost all your fitness, after a couple of sessions your form will start returning, much faster than it took to build it up before.

As for getting motivated, the key is NOT to try to jump straight back in at the intensity you were training at before, but to give yourself permission to ease back in.

After all, any workout is always a gazillion times better than none at all.

(You might not feel like it's doing much at first... but stick with it ;-) )

Ginger and lemon tea is a lovely warming drink, plus it aids digestion and helps reduce bloating in the belly.

Simple pour hot water over a slice of ginger root and lemon, wait for a couple of minutes and sip slowly.

I love it!

This fantasy figures game is called Descent. Our group has been playing it with different adventure sets for nearly 10 years now.

It can be a brain-burner, but we don't take it too seriously. We always have such a laugh when we get around the table for a new adventure.
